Scott Shellenberger, the Baltimore County prosecutor, opposes the expert conclusion by the medical examiners. He says that a homicide by an assault “does not rise to the level of a crime”.
An assault alone is a felony, a crime, and to the point of death is a homicide.
It is Scott Shellenberger‘s job to protect the victim.
He has the facts, science, physics and evidence.
It is not his job to rely on the word of the perpetrator who changed his story four times and conjured up scenarios that are impossible.
